Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

After notifying us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition

  • Be unused and undamaged

  • Be returned in the original packaging

Products that are used, damaged, or incomplete are not eligible for a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (if applicable)

  • Customized or personalized products

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

14-Day Warranty

We offer a 14-day warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear is not covered.
